I'm a little wild and free and love the challenge of all things new- I never used to adjust to change but I've learned how valuable it is - to reach the other side! I'm a wife and mother of three-9-7- 5! I have two dogs who have paved my way into responsible adulthood- I am a Nurse practitioner which built my foundation for Shift- I have a passion for fashion and creativity and together it has designed Shift- smile- harmonize- inhale-focus-TRY! I am still learning and reaching for the stars which has led me to write my first lifestyle book, coming soon- and also has inspired me to keep dreaming!
